MATTHEW FRIAS:
Matthew is a Dallas, Texas native where he grew up playing sports throughout his childhood. Although he says sports aren’t his forte, they helped propel him into a lifestyle of staying active and being healthy— where he found his love for fitness. Matthew moved to Los Angeles when he was 18 years old right after filming his role in the Sony Pictures movie, “When the Game Stands Tall.” Matthew is an actor and can also be see on Netflix, Amazon Prime, MTV, and more. His keen introspective nature and willingness to let loose makes for an insanely fun and motivating class. Matthew believes that fitness is an opportunity for people to get out of their head, connect to their body, and push their limits. Matthew is a NASM-CPT and teaches Plyometrics and Weightlifting sessions here at Plyo Fitness.
